Derby County travels to Aston Villa on Saturday for their penultimate league game of 2007-18 season. The man that will referee the game is Scott Duncan.

The Newcastle born referee has been a Football League referee since 2012 and has currently taken charge of 26 Championship games this season. He has shown 88 yellow cards and has produced two yellows (equalling a red card) on 2 occasions and Mr Duncan has shown 5 straight red cards during the season.

Mr Duncan has taken charge of a Derby County game twice this season. He oversaw the 2-0 win against Sheffield Wednesday on the 21st of October, sending off Wednesday’s G Loovens after just 4 minutes of the game.

November 28th saw Duncan take charge of the Rams 1-0 defeat by Ipswich Town, booking Tom Lawrence, Chris Baird and Johnny Russell for Derby.The latest game Mr Duncan has been in charge of was the League Two game with Forest Green beating Chesterfield 4-1

Assistant referees for the Villa game will be Robert Hyde and Philip Dermott and the fourth official will be Mark Haywood.
