Rams manager honoured in prestigious Award ceremony

Frank Lampard accepting his Legend of Football, Hall of Fame award

Frank Lampard has been honoured in London by being inducted into the Legends of Football Hall of Fame. The Rams manager was with his wife Christine and among friends and colleagues as he received the award.

Frank now joins an exclusive list of players who have been given the award for services to football both for his clubs and at International level.

Also at the bash were fellow players and friends, John Terry, Jamie Carragher, Sven Goran Eriksson and Hary Redknapp.

A video of other friends and associates was played at the event with kind words and appreciation from Jose Mourinho and Didier Drogba and others.

Frank accepted the award from rock legend, Roger Daltrey and then said: “It’s a real honour for me to receive the Legends of Football award this year”. He now stands alongside other greats of the football World who have been inducted into the Hall of fame, including Steve Gerrard, David Beckham, Sir Alex Ferguson, Alan Shearer and the Daddy of them all Pele.
