Ilkeston Town star Ben Pringle is the latest youngster to be linked with a move to Derby, as the new plans to bring through more youngsters into the first team carry on.
The new aims for the reserve side are to have and U21 side in the reserve league next season, and the 20-year-old fits the bill, with Derby believed to be in talks with Ilkeston over a possible move to Pride Park for the former West Brom trainee.
