Another Lower League Star Linked

Dean Moxey, of newly promoted League One fame with Exeter, is the latest lower league player to be linked with a move to Derby.

Nigel Clough is keen to allow those from a lower level to be given the chance at a higher one and the 23-year-old midfielder, who can play left back as well as left midfield, is the latest in a string of names that fits this bill.

The Exeter player is highly rated but we cant just keep bringing, or at least looking at, player after player through from the lower leagues can we? And Ryan Bennett from Grimsby is another being linked.
