erby County has been linked with a move for Chelsea Head of performance Chris Jones, the 42-year-old has a wealth of experience at the top level of football, including spells with England U21 and U19 squads.
The fitness trainer has also worked with some of the top managers in the business including Rafa Benitez (48 games), Jose Mourinho (136 games), Carlo Ancelotti (109 games)and Antonio Conte (106 games)

The move follows the exit of five Rams coaches and backroom staff yesterday when Kevin Philips, Mark Sale, Rory Delap, Dave Carolan and Joe Carnell all followed Gary Rowett to Stoke City.
