New Deals For McEveley And Teale

Nigel Clough has revealed that Jay McEveley and Gary Teale are set to open contact talks with Derby over new deals.

“We will be speaking to the representatives of both players in the next few days.”

Clough was talking to the Evening Telegraph.

The Scottish internationals have been with Derby for almost 3-years, as both arrived in January 2007. However both will be out of contract at the end of the season so it’s important that new deals are agreed for them to, hopefully, follow in the footsteps of another of their countrymen Stephen Pearson, who signed a new contract last week.
