Darren Powell has been released after his short-term contract with Derby expired, and Nigel Clough expects him to be the first of many to go as he looks to cut the squad.
‘His contract was up and we haven’t renewed it. We have got six, eight or 10 players that are available for loans or whatever.’
Clough was talking to the official website.
The 32-year-old made eight appearances after coming to Pride Park in November.
