Derby have been ordered to pay Tranmere a fee that could rise to as much as £725,000 in the end for Stephen Davies, and this is an amount that Adam Pearson has accepted.

‘We thank the panel and fully accept their verdict.’

Pearson was talking to the official website.

This tribunal decided that an initial payment of £275,000 must be paid to Tranmere for the 20-year-old, with a further £250,000 based on appearances. A final payment of £200,000 will be paid if we return to the Premier League within three-years.
