Nigel Clough is happy with the form his Derby County side have shown going forward so far this season with goals coming from all areas of the team.

The Rams have seen goals from the central defensive partnership of Jake Buxton and Richard Keogh with Jeff Hendrick chipping in from midfield and Jamie Ward also finding the net alongside new signing Conor Sammon who netted his first goal in the 5-1 victory over Watford before the international break. Talking to the Derby Evening Telegraph about the attacking threat shown so far Clough said:

‘To score 12 goals in three homes game so far is great and we have created lots of chances in the away games as well. The stats say we are having more shots and hitting the target more already this season. So we are pleased with the attacking side of things. Scoring goals is great for confidence, and supporters love to see goals. As long as you are scoring, you are in with a shout in games.”
