Carroll Close To Danish Move

Roy Carroll is close to completing a move to Denmark with OB Odense closing in on the goalkeeper.

The 31-year-old still has two-years left on his Rams contract but the Evening Telegraph believes that if Carroll finds a new club we’ll release him, with his contract being cancelled, to allow the Northern Ireland international to complete his move away from Pride Park.

Rams boss Nigel Clough told Carroll over the summer that he wasn’t part of his plans.
