Three of Derby County`s Under-23 team have moved out on loan to League Two sides as they look to gain valuable first team experience.

Time Max Elsnik and Kellan Gordon have joined Swindon Town on loan until the end of the season with David Flitcroft looking to get his side promoted at the first time of asking after relegation from League One last season. Gordon and Elsnik both came off the bench as The Rams beat Grimsby Town 1-0 in the Carabao Cup First Round and will remain at the County Ground until May.

Farrend Rawson has also departed from Pride Park and has joined Acrrington Stanley on loan until January. The young defender moved to the Crown Ground for the fourth loan spell of his career having already had two spells at Rotherham United and the second half of last season at Coventry City.
