BBC Radio Derby report that Sheffied United have agreed to extend the loan of veteran left back Alan Wright until the end of the season.

The 34 year old has become a key player during his opening 1 month spell, and manager Terry Westley is delighted to have Wright on board for the remainder of the season – the only fly in the ointment is the Blades’ insistance of a 24 hour recall clause.

Westley is also confident that a similar deal can be struck to keep Charlton forward Kevin Lisbie – the striker has scored once in 3 games during his loan spell, which is due to finish after Saturday’s trip to Luton.
