Matej Vydra Championship Golden Boot winner 2017-18 season
Championship Golden Boot winner Matej Vydra has left Derby County for Premiership Burnley.
The sale was finalised tonight and the fee was undisclosed. Vydra has signed a three-year deal which also has a further 12-month option.
It is unclear at this moment in time as to rumours of a player exchange involved Burnleys Nahki Wells. More news as we get it.
Vydra himself had this to say to all at Derby County “I would like thank all of you guys for your great support over the last two years”.
“I will always have great memories, especially last ‘Golden Boot’ year! “I wish you all the best and help the lads go to Premier League.”
