The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Derby County and Fulham this Saturday.

Derby County host Fulham on Saturday March 3 for the game at Pride Park and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Referee: Lee Mason
Assistant Refs: Andrew Halliday and Daniel Leach
Fourth Official: Christopher Sarginson

Match Day referee Mason has officiated 19 games in 2017/18, showing 48 yellow cards and three red cards.

He took in 25 games in 2016/17 with a return of 96 yellow cards and three red cards.

His highest card count that season was eight yellows in the game between Leicester City and Middlesbrough in November. Eight yellows also appeared in the Bristol City and Birmingham City clash and he also showed seven yellows and one red in the game between Manchester City and Burnley.

He took in 34 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 96 yellow cards and three red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Derby and Sheffield Wednesday in April with a total of nine yellows being shown. The Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough game in September saw eight yellows.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of the players edge closer to automatic bans.
