Gary Rowett was impressed with the belief shown by his side despite falling behind early on as they came form behind to beat Leeds United.

Sam Winnall scored twice in the second period as The Rams came from behind to win 2-1 having been under pressure defensively for much of the first period. Talking to BBC Radio Derby about the performance Rowett said:

“We are never beaten. In the second half we showed a lot more belief. We feel there are opportunities to win games at the moment. We are in good spirits. A lot of times when we have under-performed it has just been that extra belief of moving the ball quicker. In the second half we showed some real resilience and character.”
