Rotherham United v Derby County Preview

Referee Peter Bankes looks on as Richard Keogh is in pain on the floor

Good morning, and welcome back to Vital Derby and Championship football after the two week International Break.

The Rams travel up to Rotherham in today’s Championship game looking for another win in an incredible run that has seen them rise to 4th in the table and just two points off top spot.

The Rams should be unchanged following the International break, which also saw six players go out on International duty and return without injury.

Derby will take a full contingent of 2,800 fans with them to the New York stadium, with tickets and the game now a sell-out

Peter Bankes will be today’s referee and Derby hope he isn’t an unlucky omen, as he was in charge of the Derby County v Leeds United home game which the Rams lost 4-1. Mr Bankes will be assisted by Andrew Fox and Billy Smallwood, with the 4th official being Sebastian Stockbri.
