Derby County`s James McEveley was rewarded for a fine performance in the goalless draw with Sunderland with a season’s-best 24 points in the Actim Index, the official player ratings system of the Barclays Premier League.

It was enough to earn the defender a place in the Actim Index Team of the Week. It also saw the Scot become the Rams’ highest-ranked player in the Index, moving up 27 points into 180th overall, three places ahead of fellow defender Darren Moore.

Alan Stubbs has the top individual match average amongst the squad, equivalent to 10 points per appearance, although Wales international Lewin Nyatanga scored 38 points in his only appearance for the club this term.
