The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Derby County and Nottingham Forest this Sunday.

Derby County host Nottingham Forest on Sunday October 15 for the game at the iPro Stadium and the match carries a 1.15pm kick off.

Referee: Andrew Madley
Assistant Refs: Mark Russell and Lee Venamore
Fourth Official: Tim Robinson

Match Day referee Madley has officiated eleven games in 2017/18, showing 23 yellow cards so far.

He took in 43 games in 2016/17, showing 146 yellows cards and eight red cards.

His highest card count that year was seven yellow cards and one red card in the game between Norwich and Fulham.

He took in 40 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 118 yellow cards and three red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Brentford and Reading on August 29 with a total of eight yellows being shown. He also showed eight yellows in the game between Rochdale and Oldham on October 24.

After an injury playing at Huddersfield Town academy, Andy took up the whistle in 2002 at the age of 18. His early career saw him appointed as the assistant referee for the League One Play-Off final between Millwall and Swindon Town in 2010. He also ran the line on the Premier League before becoming an EFL referee in 2011. He has refereed at Wembley, including taking charge of the 2015 League One Play-Off final between Preston North End and Swindon.
