Nugent Keen To Get Going

The Derby County squad reported back for pre-season training yesterday with David Nugget keen to get back into things.

Nugent joined The Rams from Middlesbrough in the January transfer window and finished the season strongly under new manager Gary Rowett. With the players bracing themselves for a tough pre-season Nugent told dcfc.co.uk:’

“I`ve had a good break, but it was good to get back into this. When the fixtures come out, you know it isn`t too far away. I`ve had itchy feet wanting to get back, see all the boys again and get back down to work. I`m sure it will be as quiet as anything tomorrow now because we have got another tough day in store. It`s nice to see them all again, we have all had a good break, but I think we`re all ready for what is ahead.”
