Derby County are reportedly still interested in Leeds United’s top-scorer Ross McCormack although they are not believed to be the club behind a reported £5million bid for the striker.

McCormack led the way for goals in the Championship last season with 28 in the league and a bid from Newcastle United is rumoured to have been rejected although the Premiership side deny this. New owner Massimo Cellino announced an unnamed Championship club had bid £5million for the Scotland international last week and some bookmakers cut the odds on McCormack joining The Rams.
