Derby County has just announced a wonderful new initiative for Rams fans over 85, The Golden Rams. For their loyal support and season ticket holders who are 85 years-of-age and over.

The club will give each of them a free season ticket, a special Jacket to keep out the cold and rain and provide a blanket to keep them extra warm during the winter games.
The club marked the initiative today with a lunch for those supporters who qualified for the Golden Rams club and will be holding monthly coffee mornings for them to catch up on gossip and news on their favourite team.
As you will hear from the Golden Rams club members themselves they are very much appreciative of Mel Morris and his efforts to reward decades of loyal support and to make their visits to Pride Park, safe, enjoyable, comfortable and warm.
Derby County, the club with a heart, the caring club.
