Derby County captain Richard Keogh is looking to find the net again before the end of the season to help his young side push as high as possible in the Championship table.

Keogh has found the net four times so far this season, the latest in the 2-1 victory over Leicester City, and along with central defensive partner Jake Buxton has proven a handful for opposition defenders at times this season. Keogh`s form has earned him a call-up to the Republic of Ireland squad this season and whilst he has been an ever present for The Rams at the back he has also made an impact at the other end of the pitch. Talking to the Derby Evening Telegraph about his scoring record this season Keogh said:

‘I think this has been my best season in terms of goal-scoring. If I can get a couple more before the end of the season, I’d be really happy with that. The delivery has been great all season, so we should be getting on the end of things. Hopefully, there’s a few more to come.’
