Derby midfielder Paul Thirlwell is joining Carlise United on a 3 month loan today.
Thirlwell, 27, has yet to feature under Billy Davies and it’s no surprise to see him farmed out – he’s one of those players who, on the rare occaions he has played, you happen to forget is actually playing until he is substituted.
