Valentin Gjokaj, Theo Robinson and Conor Sammon all added to their caps in the latest round of international matches and had mixed fortunes along the way.

Gjokaj played the full 90 minutes for Albania`s Under-21 side in their first qualifying game for the 2015 European Championships as they lost 2-1 at home to Hungary in Durres. The young defender remains in the squad for their next qualifier away to Bosnia on Tuesday.

Theo Robinson was an unused substitute for Jamaica against Mexico last week but came off the bench as they lost 2-1 against the United States in Kingston to earn his fourth cap. A late goal from Brad Evans handed the victory to the visitors after Jermaine Beckford looked to have secured a point with an 89th minute equaliser.

Conor Sammon played the final seventeen minutes as the Republic of Ireland strolled to a 3-0 victory over the Faroe Islands after replacing Jonathan Walters from the bench. The striker created the third goal of the match for Robbie Keane whilst teammate Jeff Hendrick was an unused substitute and Richard Keogh did not make the bench.
