Nick Blackman has left Pride Park after joining Israeli side Maccabi Tel-Aviv on a season long loan earlier today.
Maccabi, managed by Jordi Cruyff, were runners-up in the top flight last season and have brought in Blackman to add to their squad with the former Reading striker qualifying as a homegrown player. Blackman made a total of 29 appearances for The Rams, the majority coming on from the bench, and has scored one goal for the club.
