Derby County`s opening day fixture with Blackburn Rovers at Pride Park has been picked for live tv coverage and will now be played in front of the SkySports cameras.

The clash between two of the founding members of the football league has been moved to Sunday, 4th August with a 4pm kick-off as part of Sky`s coverage of the opening weekend of the 125th anniversary season of the Football League. The team met three times last season with the sides drawing 1-1 at Pride Park in the league before Blackburn won 3-0 there in the FA Cup and then again 3-1 in the league at Ewood Park.
